The European initiative for the exchange of young officers inspired by Erasmus (Military Erasmus or EMILYO) gives us the frame to exchange students and lecturers on European level. Moreover ERASMUS-Agreements facilitate the exchanges referring to academic education.
So far agreements with Belgium, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia and Sweden should increase students’ and lecturers’ exchanges. Other countries are also foreseen to cooperate with. Concerning exchanges we differ between “outgoing” and “incoming” activities.
Incoming activities
Crisis Management Operations (CMO) / Peace Support Operations (PSO) Module
Crisis Management Operations (CMO) / Peace Support Operations (PSO) Module
Within the European Initiative for the exchange of young officers inspired by Erasmus the Theresan Military Academy is responsible for the CMO-Module, which consists of 4 Sub-Modules (Modules A, B, C, and D). Because of being responsible within the EU, the Module is our main effort concerning incoming students and lecturers/instructors. So far we have welcomed a huge number of international students and instructors.
